Population Levels: Moderate-to-high population. Cities are very populated, but well designed so that they do not “feel” cramped.
Standard of Living: Though there is definitely a difference between the elite and the majority, poverty on Earth has all but been eliminated.vMost individuals fall under a middle or upper-middle class status.
Main Export: Earth is a cultural Mecca, so its economy is mostly based around tourism, as well as funding from some of the most wealthypatrons in the galaxy (human and non-human alike). Artists come to Earth to have their work commissioned by the government, religious leaders come to study ancient religious texts, alien species are hosted as ambassadors, political prisoners and oppressed citizens escape here to find a haven from persecution.
Relation to the Central Government: Mostly, Earth is independent, despite being the planet that most Core planets are physically located around, and seem to try to emulate (at least in appearances). Earth does not extradite political prisoners or those seeking asylum, which often frustrates other planetary governments—though no planet is stupid enough to challenge Earth outright in a political, much less military, battle. As corrupt as many governments may seem to be, every Core planet seems to respect Earth, and holds it as an ideal to be strived for (even when its policies can’t be replicated in other places).
Religion: Every major human religion is represented here, as well as most of the non-major ones as well. Religious freedom, along with freedom of speech and expression, is one of the paramount civil rights on Earth. Even some alien races have established religious sites in the major cities.
Other History: The disappearance of Earth caused the massive panic that led to all-out confrontations across humanity.
