If accepted, I propose Locksmithing become a bonded skill along with Lockpicking.
Locksmithing: You have had training in knowing how to build and use various kinds of locks. Likewise, you know how to dismantle or bypass many of these same locks. You may also specialize in a certain variety of lock, such as vehicle, combination, or electronic locks.
You do not need "Locksmithing" to attain any level of "Lockpicking."
