In order to keep a central list of all the powers and who has them, I will be updating this as applications are accepted. That said, if you find that you've been accepted and haven't been added yet, you can post here.
WHEN CLAIMING A POWER BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION:
I am going to allow people to claim a power before they submit their application. Since no one may share a power at this point, and it can be such a critical part of what sort of character you make, I wanted to offer this to everyone.
That said, from the time you claim a power, you have a week to post an application. If I do not hear from you, and you do not post an application after a week days, your power will go back to being open and your claim will be removed from the list. If you do need some more time, message me and I will give you another three days.
However, I'm only willing to hold powers on reserve a week and a half -- it doesn't seem fair to hold them any longer than that, and that should be more than enough time to post an application.
